How do I sign up?

Just fill out our registration form online with your e-mail address and the password will be sent directly to your email, you can change it as you wish after your first sign in.

What if I forget my password?

Simply click on lost you password in the sign in page. We’ll ask you to provide us with your email address on record for your account, and we will then send you instructions for recovering your password.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

your satisfaction is our ultimate objective. We have a refund policy. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason we will gladly replace the item at no additional charge to you. Simply get in touch with us via whatsapp, phone or email before discarding the product, as we may choose to collect the item that is not to your satisfaction for further investigation.


How can I pay for my order?

We offer a selection of payment methods.

  • Cash upon delivery.

How do I place an order?

  2. Add the products to your cart
  3. Click on the shopping cart to proceed to checkout and payment
  4. Follow the checkout instructions till you reach the confirmation page

What is the minimum order?

We have a delivery minimum order of 100 EGP.

Should I tip the delivery driver?

You are under no obligation to provide a tip to our delivery personnel, however, you do have the option to tip our delivery personnel if you are satisfied with the service.

When i expect to receive my order?

We deliver daily from 8am to 5pm

What do I do if you don't deliver to my area?

We will be expanding to new areas in the near future. Kindly subscript to our newsletter and we will update you with our new delivery areas.


How do I apply a promotional code I received?

Coupon codes can be redeemed at the checkout page. Look for the link titled Have a promo code? You will be given a field to enter your code in, and your offer will be redeemed immediately

Why isn’t my promotional code working?

In the unlikely event that your promotional code isn’t registering, please ensure that you have entered the information correctly and that it hasn’t expired. If the problem persists, please contact a member of our customer service team through WhatsApp.
